At Prescott & Morgan we want the ordering and delivery process to be as clear as possible. Here's exactly what happens after you place an order.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, usually within one business day. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend begin processing the next business day.

Delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days from the day you order, processing included. Items ship directly from our overseas production partners.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

How to order

1. Open the product page and choose your item.
2. Select your size and colour, then click Add to Cart.
3. Click Check out and enter your shipping details.
4. Check your address carefully before confirming — it's the most common cause of a delayed delivery.
5. Complete payment. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.

We currently ship within the United States only.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or your tracking hasn't updated in several days, email us at support@ecomglobalelite.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
